Custom Mechanic Gloves Manufacturer and Exporter in Pakistan
Handy Gear Gloves manufactures mechanic gloves for brands, distributors, wholesalers, and private-label buyers looking for custom glove production in Pakistan.
We manufacture according to the product specification agreed with the buyer. This can include the glove’s materials, palm construction, finger design, backhand, cuff, closures, sizing, branding and finishing. Buyers can approach us with an existing glove, a technical specification, a design, or a new product concept that needs to be developed into a production sample.
Our job is to turn those requirements into a defined glove for manufacturing rather than supplying the same standard design to every customer.
Your Existing Glove Can Be the Starting Point
Many buyers already know what they want to manufacture. They may have an existing mechanic glove, a sample from another supplier, product photographs, drawings or measurements.
A physical sample can provide a useful reference for examining the construction and identifying the details that need to be reproduced or changed. If the buyer wants a different material, revised branding, altered dimensions or another construction change, those requirements can be incorporated into the development process.
For a new product, we can work from the information supplied by the buyer and establish the construction required for sampling.
Designed Around Workshop Use
Mechanic gloves are often developed around a combination of hand movement, equipment handling and repeated contact with tools or work surfaces.
For manufacturing, this means the palm, fingers, backhand and wrist cannot be considered independently. Their materials and construction need to correspond with the product specification.
A buyer may require a particular palm material, reinforced sections, a flexible backhand, full-finger construction, a specific wrist closure or another combination of components. Those requirements become part of the product being developed.
We do not add features simply because they appear on other mechanic gloves. The construction is based on what the buyer wants the finished product to do and how it needs to be manufactured.
Along with mechanic gloves, we also make custom winter gloves that keep hands warm and comfortable while providing reliable protection.
Palm Construction for the Finished Product
The palm is one of the key areas defined during development.
Buyers can specify the material, coverage, thickness, reinforcement areas and panel arrangement required for their glove. If particular sections need additional material or a different construction, those details can be incorporated into the product specification.
The palm also needs to work with the finger construction and overall pattern. Changes made to one area can affect the fit and construction of the finished glove, which is why these details are addressed during sample development rather than after production has started.
Finger and Backhand Construction
The fingers and backhand can be developed according to the intended product and the buyer’s requirements.
Panel placement, finger dimensions, material selection and stitching can all form part of the specification. Where a buyer requires greater flexibility in particular areas, the construction can be developed around that requirement.
The backhand can likewise be specified independently from the palm, allowing the buyer to establish the combination of materials and appearance required for the finished glove.
Wrist and Cuff Options
The wrist area is another part of the product that can be customized.
A buyer may require a particular cuff length, elastic construction, hook-and-loop closure, branding position or other adjustment system. These details can be incorporated into the sample so they can be reviewed as part of the complete glove.
The cuff is developed together with the overall pattern and sizing rather than treated as a separate standard component.
Along with mechanic gloves, we also make driver gloves that offer a comfortable fit, a secure grip, and dependable protection while driving.
Materials According to Your Specification
Mechanic gloves can be manufactured using different material combinations depending on the product being developed.
The buyer can specify the materials required for the palm, fingers, backhand, cuff or reinforcement areas. Where the material has not yet been finalized, selection can be discussed around the intended construction and product requirements.
We avoid making blanket claims about one material being suitable for every mechanic glove. Material choice should correspond with the product specification and the characteristics the buyer requires.
Sample Development Before Production
A production sample gives the buyer a physical version of the proposed glove to review before the manufacturing order proceeds.
The sample can be assessed against the agreed requirements for dimensions, materials, construction, stitching, closures, branding and finishing.
If something needs to change, the specification can be adjusted during development. This may involve changing a material, modifying a panel, revising the cuff, altering dimensions or making another agreed product change.
Once the final version is approved, it provides the reference for the production order.
Private-Label Mechanic Gloves
Handy Gear Gloves manufactures mechanic gloves for buyers developing their own brands.Your product can be developed around your required colors, logo, labels, sizing, packaging and other brand elements. If you already have an established glove design, we can manufacture according to the approved reference. If you are creating a new product, the brand requirements can be incorporated during development.
This allows the finished glove to be produced as part of your own product range rather than supplied as a generic glove with a logo added afterward.
Protective Glove Requirements Are Specified Separately
Some mechanic gloves are sold simply as work gloves, while others are intended to provide specific protection against defined workplace hazards.Where a glove is being marketed as protective equipment, the applicable requirements need to be established for the intended application and market before manufacturing.
ISO 21420:2020 sets general requirements and test methods for protective-glove design and construction, comfort, innocuousness, marking and information supplied by the manufacturer. ISO states that it does not establish the protective properties by itself and is used with appropriate specific standards.
For mechanical risks, ISO’s catalogue identifies ISO 23388:2018 as the relevant published standard, with a newer edition currently under development. The standard addresses protective gloves against mechanical risks including abrasion, blade cut, tear, puncture and, where applicable, impact.
For this reason, we would not label a mechanic glove as cut-resistant, impact-resistant or otherwise certified unless the required specification and supporting testing or certification have actually been established.
Mechanic Gloves Made in Sialkot
Sialkot has an established glove-manufacturing base within Pakistan’s wider sports and protective-glove industry.
Handy Gear Gloves operates from Sialkot and focuses on glove manufacturing for buyers developing products for their own markets.
Our manufacturing process starts with the product requirement. From there, the design can be developed, sampled, reviewed and prepared for production according to the agreed specification.
